The position of trainee strategy consultant
As a trainee strategy consultant, you’ll be working in a small international team designing strategies on income and impact for cultural and creative organisations and initiatives. You will manage and collaborate with a wide range of clients and partners, support the team to provide strategic advice, and develop plans for financing impactful, innovative, creative ideas.

Contribution to increasing the impact and sustainability of cultural and creative organisations
Familiarity with EU policy and funding programmes (Creative Europe, Erasmus+, Horizon Europe etc.), especially regarding the cultural and creative sector
Work experience in a small, international team with lots of peer-learning, knowledge sharing and internal support.
Some work experience in the field of international culture and creativity: e.g. developing funding applications, impact frameworks and/or working at European institutions
Adding value to a growing international consultancy (see below)
A strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, with attention to detail as well as adherence to deadlines
Direct collaboration with clients in diversifying and elevating their income models, impact strategies, governance, project development and fundraising
A creative and fresh mind, combined with a proactive and positive attitude and good communication skills;
Research experience in (EU) policy development, comparative analysis and drafting reports
Strong skills in research and analysis of complex topics, and the ability to quickly evaluate the essence and write in clarity about these topics;
Networking opportunities through attending / reporting on client meetings, events and conferences
An excellent command of English. Dutch or other languages are considered an asset;
Communication skills development (blogging about key issues in the sector, events and conferences etc.)
Experience with digital management tools.
Flexible work conditions with remote working as the company standard (we do not have an office!)
